Tony and I met Martin when our realtor was away and we saw a house we wanted to buy. He stepped in and completed the deal in a most efficient and friendly manner.
When Tony was ready to sell his home, we gave Martin the listing. There were several complications but Martin patiently helped us to overcome them and the house sold within a few months.
