As soon as you list your home with me, I will digitaly photograph your home and enter it in the Multiple Listing Service® (MLS®) database. Other agents can soon access your property information by computer. I also regularly publish in magazines and newspapers in the area and send out direct mail pieces to potential buyers. Also along with "information" sheets about your home placed inside for any Realtors® showing it, there will also be information sheets located in a sealed container on the sign outside, for any pottential buyers passing buy to help them selves to! Also add in advertised "Open Houses" and the listing display boards at the front of the RE/MAX office leaves every base covered for complete marketing!

When you think about it, there are several other homes for sale competing with your home. I will help you price your home competitively to attract qualified buyers. The way I do this is by generating a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) report, which will show you a range of prices being paid for homes in your area.
